Application to be considered as an approved place for Marriages in pursuance of Regulation 15 of the Marriage (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2003

I apply for the place as detailed in the schedule below, to be approved for use by the public for the solemnisation of civil marriages in the presence of a Registrar.
